With the experience of our staff and the extensivness of our equipment we can assist you with a variety of services from the simple to the more complex:
Computerized Repair Estimating: We utilize Mitchells Ultramate

FRAME STRAIGHTENING AND REPAIR

We are equipped with 3 frame repair machines ranging from 18 to 50 feet including custom-built Bear and Pentaliner frame racks. The tooling on our frame repair machines has been custom engineered to provide up to 40 tons of pulling capacity, allowing us to repair the simplest wheel alignment problems, and even the most difficult frame damages on any type of car or truck.

COMPLETE COLLISION REPAIR AND PAINTING

Our I-CAR certified technicians have extensive experience and training in repairing vehicle collision damage. We utilize high quality Valspar paint products and our computerized paint matching system will insure a perfect match to your original paint. We also have a Binks 35 foot down draft spray booth on-site that enables us to accommodate vehicles up to 14 feet high.

WELDING, SUSPENSION, AND VEHICLE RESTORATION AND CUSTOMIZATION

We have several MIG welding machines that allow us to repair both steel and aluminum.
We can repair, rebuild, replace or customize suspension components and axle housings. We also have kits for lowering and lifting vehicles.
Most of our staff has experience in restoring and customizing various types of vehicle. Whether its returning that rusted out classic to its factory appearance, or turning your vehicle into your own personal expression of design.

WHAT WILL WE DO FOR YOU?

From the moment you arrive at Throgmorton's we will strive to provide you with the most effecient and quality service as we process your repiars in the fewest possible steps.

INITIAL PROCESSING

Upon arriving at our facility, one of our friendly service advisors will meet with you to discuss the damages to your vehicle and provide you with some basic forms to fill out that will give us the necessary information on your vehicle.

TOWING

If your vehicle is inoperable as a result of the damages to it, we can arrange towing services for any vehicle.

REPAIR ESTIMATE

Utilizing the most current estimating software and resources, we'll prepare an estimate of the parts, types or repairs, and labor that will be utilized to repair your vehicle, and the estimated time that these repairs will take. Your service advisor will then take the time to sit down with you and review the entire estimate while answering any questions or concerns that you may have. We will also contact your insurance company's adjuster in order to obtain their per-approval for the estimate.

VEHICLE PREPARATION AND DISASSEMBLY

Once your vehicle is left with us, we will begin the process of carefully removing the damaged parts from the vehicle for the repair process. In the event that we encounter any hidden damage that was not seen in the initial estimating process, we will promptly notify you and your insurance company.

FRAME AND SHEET METAL REPAIR

Once all of the damaged parts of your vehicle have been removed, the repair process is ready to begin. Our highly trained and experienced frame technicians will set be set to work on straightening out any frame damage to your vehicle on one of our state of the art frame machines. Additionally, our experienced welders and body repair technicians will make sure that any damage to your vehicle is repaired to factory specifications.

REASSEMBLY AND PAINT

Once all of the frame and metal repairs are completed, we will prepare the vehicle for painting. Our state of the art color match system will tell us exactly how to prepare the paint for the vehicle so that it will match the original factory paint. After removing the parts and/or masking off the areas of the vehicle that won't be painted, our highly talented and experienced painters will repaint the repaired areas while paying special attention to blend the new paint to the existing painting areas for thorough consistency.

FINAL INSPECTION AND DETAILING

Once painting of the vehicle is complete and reassembled, we will begin the final detailing of the vehicle. Then we inspect with our 28-point checklist to assure your vehicle is receiving the proper care. These are steps we take throughout the entire repair process.

FINAL PRESENTATION

Your service advisor will go over every aspect of the repairs with you and will give you any necessary instructions about the care of your vehicle will look as good or better than it did before it was damaged, and if you're not satisfied, then we're not.
